GFYL ThinkGroup:
"Rethinking Structures and Hierarchies in the
Decision Making Process"
In 2021, the GFYL Programme launches a series of initiatives for digital administration. One of them is the GFYL ThinkGroup "Rethinking Structures and Hierarchies in the Decision Making Process".
It operates also in three sub-groups:
- Adopting Structures in order to use best tools and methods
- Capacity building of top managers with the aim to focus on digital tools
- Using the capacity of Citizens and Civil Society
