The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information. You may provide personal data (for instance name, address or email address) to us on a voluntary basis. This data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent. We point out explicitly that data transfer over the Internet (such as communication by e-mail) can be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data from interception by third parties is therefore not possible.

When using the contact form or when commenting on a blog post, your details, including the contact details you provided, will be stored in order to process the request and to allow for follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

Social networks plug-ins for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn are integrated on our pages. The respective plug-ins can be recognized by the corresponding logos of the social media provider. When using the plug-ins, a direct connection between your browser and the servers of Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn is established. Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn receive the information that you have visited our website with your IP address. We point out that we as the provider of these GFYL pages do not have access to any content of the transmitted data and their use by Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn.

In accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act, you are entitled to free information about your stored data and the purpose of its processing at any time as well as the right to correction, refusal of access or deletion of your data. For further information on personal data, please contact us at any time using the e-mail address given in the imprint.

When contacting us (for example, by contact form, e-mail, telephone or via social media) the information of the user necessary to process the contact request will be treated in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) DSGVO. User information can be stored in a Customer Relationship Management System ("CRM System") or comparable request organization.

We delete any data that is no longer required to be processed. The need for continued storage of previously collected data shall be reviewed every two years. We comply with legal archiving obligations.
